Here's a handy compendium of all the great content you missed this week on Backbeat Online while you were busy pondering why Kanye West hates having his picture taken so badly he decided to bust up $10,000 worth of camera gear and get himself arrested. Really, Kanye, you look fine...

In case you haven't heard, there's this little festival called Monolith happening up at Red Rocks this weekend. We prepared by looking back at some of the greatest (and not-so-greatest) live albums ever recorded at the Rocks. Once you've digested that, take a look forward at eight bands you won't want to miss this year and consider using Monolith as a chance to train for Run the Rocks. And don't forget to check in over the weekend for our on-the-spot live blogging coverage.

Maybe you're one of those unfortunate souls that can't make it this year, and you're wondering what other concerts are coming up later that might salve the pain. Wonder no more, we have a list of future concerts for your perusal and edification.

If the future is too uncertain to consider right now, perhaps you'll enjoy these show reviews: Mount Eerie, The Silver Cord, Richie Hawtin, and the Foo Fighters. And because we love you (and the Foo Fighters) we also have a bonus retro review of the Foo Fighters' first concert here in Denver.

We brought you a cool little inside look at how and where the merch for Frontside Five is made.

You like Portugal. The Man? You're in luck, because we told you how to preview the band's new album.

In other news, we have the news on Fear Before the March of Flames new moniker.

In our other weekly wrap-up, the Friday Rap-up, read all about local act Infinite Mindz and select headlines from the wild world of hip-hop.
