Twenty-five years ago today, on a unseasonably dreary June day presumably a lot like the one we're experiencing right now in the Mile High City, a marginally known band from Ireland played a now legendary set at Red Rocks. The gig essentially turned Bono and his mates into bona fied icons and elevated the fabled Colorado venue onto the bucket-list pantheon of venues every great band must play. In honor of that historical moment, local tribute act Under a Blood Red Sky will recreate the show tonight at the Gothic. To help you get psyched, we've posted a few clips from that classic performance after the jump. -- Dave Herrera

Update/Irony Alert: Tonight's sold out Rush show at Red Rocks has been postponed due to...wait for it... the weather.
