In this video, Madonna, M.I.A. and the "Luvin'" cast wish Minaj a happy birthday. Madonna also gives Minaj a birthday kiss -- not a kiss of Britney-Madonna proportions, but a kiss nonetheless.
So how, exactly, is this catty? Well, Nicki Minaj's birthday was in December, and the above video was filmed in December, when Minaj, Madonna and M.I.A. had filmed the music video for "Give Me All Your Luvin'."
Why wait four months and upload it to YouTube on the very day of Gaga's birth? Because it's easier to be passive aggressively rude in a YouTube video than by throwing Gaga the bird in public. It also stirs up controversy, and the Queen of Pop could use a bit more of that lately -- oh, and it drums up interest in her new album, MDMA, which dropped Tuesday, and Minaj's new album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, to be released this Tuesday.
Earlier this week Madonna also pissed off deadmau5 when she introduced Aviccii at Ultra Music Festival and said ""How many people in this crowd have seen Molly?"
