Bare and Celldweller are taking over the main floors at Beta tonight for Bassic Fridays with steady opener Ishe. In the Beatport Lounge, Christian Barbuto, Danny Marin and DJ LoBoT bring the P.U.N.C.H.I.S. underground flavor to one of the city's top clubs. (9 p.m., 18+, $5-$15)
303 Electronic Productions presents Crystal Frequencies: A Next Level Party. With Unlimited Gravity on the bill, as well as Bedrockk, Miraja and several other artists from the Mile High Sound Movement and the Colorado Bass Crew, Crystal Frequencies will quench your thirst for good dance music. The party goes down at Copper Fields Events Chateau, and tickets are $15 at the door.
Caley Martin headlines NORAD tonight with Mike Robot and Doc Noe spinning tunes to keep you dancing till the wee hours of the morning. (9 p.m., 21+)
On Saturday, NORAD hosts a couple of awesome events: Most prominent is Troy Pierce, all the way in from Berlin with his techno stylings; he'll be supported by Lunatik and Steofan. In the lounge, it's a classic all-vinyl night with BeeKay, MLE and X-Static showing the world how the scene used to do old-school breaks. (9 p.m., 21+, $10-$20)
It's a jungle invasion at City Hall on Saturday night -- and that's an apt moniker; the illustrious DB will be heading up the lineup along with Danny the Wildchild, MC Questionmark, X1le, M1D1, Babel & Type-R, Phenetic, Onket with Big Wheel and Xplicit. House Guest at the Funky Buddha on Saturday night will feature resident Steve Synfull with special guest (and master of funky, soulful dance-floor magic) Uriah West for a night full of booty-shaking beats. (9 p.m., 21+, no cover)
From the people that brought you Frostbite and Digital Circus comes The Gathering - Color of Light, another celebration of dance music. Headlining the bill are Will Bailey, Paul Anthony, Fei Fei, Jon Bishop, DJ Diamond, plus over twenty other local and national acts. Tickets are only $20, and this party is going down at the National Western Complex on Saturday night starting at 6 pm.
Pierce Fulton takes the headlining slot at Beta on Saturday night with DallasK, Popeska and Hujje supporting, so if you want to come out and dance, this is the place to be. (9 p.m., 21+, $10)
Random Rab, Phutureprimitive, Cualli and Russ Liquid are performing at Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom for the Euphonic Conceptions party "Re:Creation." If you're in the mood to get twisted for a night, you'll find the cure for that ailment in the Ballroom, and with tickets for only $17, or $20 if you wait for the door price, gettin' down won't be a problem.
Wind down your weekend on Sunday with Scott Everett, Maya Amack and the Funbuns Faction at NORAD for all the deep house and techno you can handle. What a way to wave farewell to the weekend. (3 p.m., 21+)
There's another patio party at Bar Standard on Sunday with Greg Eversoul, Bones, Andrew Kevins and Kevin Callison. With that view and those tunes, it'll be memorable in more ways than one. (6 p.m., 21+, no cover)
