Where does the Denver Post stand when it comes to the legality of medical-marijuana dispensaries? In an August 31 editorial, the paper declared, "It would be much easier if marijuana use were legalized and regulated," but added that "authorities ought to make sure certified users truly are deserving of the treatment." However, the business department has no such quibbles, as judged by the ad above, which popped up this morning on the home page of the Post's website. And why not? Revenues are down and dispensaries at FinallyLegalPot.com (whose site is inaccessible at this writing) aren't illegal -- yet. Their money's as green as their product! So smoke 'em if you got 'em!
