Update: Authorities remain tight-lipped about why Myrl Serra, district attorney for the 7th Judicial District, was jailed today on charges of unlawful sexual conduct and indecent exposure. Serra was released from Montrose County jail on a $5,000 bond (he returns to court on November 3), but not before posing for a mug shot while wearing incarceration orange.
