Yes, Oxycontin is expensive, and getting a prescription for it isn't easy -- but that doesn't mean it's okay to tell a pharmacist you've got a weapon and swipe as much of it as possible. According to the Colorado Springs Police Department, a thief recently did just that. Look below to see security camera footage of the suspect, as well as a CSPD release featuring additional details.

Colorado Springs Police Department release:

The Colorado Springs Police Department's Robbery Unit is seeking assistance identifying the suspect in the Aggravated Robbery of the Walgreens located at 4713 Flintridge Dr in Colorado Springs on January 4, 2011 at 4:22 pm. During the robbery the suspect approached a pharmacist, threatened he had a weapon and demanded Oxycontin. The suspect fled the store with an undisclosed amount of Oxycontin. The suspect is described as a white male in his twenties or early thirties with a dark knit cap and a dark color sweatshirt with the name "IRELAND" printed in white letters.
