For Newton, this incident likely feels like déjà vu all over again. He was reportedly arrested on suspicion of DUI and careless driving back in 2004, too.
Speaking to 9News, Newton said, "This is not a proud moment in my life" -- and no wonder, since the incident will likely cost him a suspension of between sixteen and 42 days.
