I take no joy in expecting the worst from someone appearing on a public-affairs show. But it's got to be said: A guest on tonight's episode of Studio 12, Channel 12's signature chat program, is guaranteed to look stupid by the broadcast's conclusion. And that someone is me.

The topic of the show, hosted by Dominic Dezzutti, is political ads, and confirmed guests at this hour include Eric Sondermann, who'll no doubt acquit himself well, plus yours truly, who'll embarrass himself in some yet-to-be-determined way.
