What's funny is alcohol is not permitted on an Indian reservation in South Dakota so Nebraska opened a few liquor stores and bars right on the border and profits heavily off the people coming across the border to get drunk... So they make enough unethical money to cover said expenses from Colorado. Nebraska is a hypocritical douche.
