Colorado's longest-running reality show could be drawing to a close. Today, Ward Churchill will get another day in court, when Chief Denver District Judge Larry Naves considers whether he should get his job back at the University of Colorado -- or be paid to go away.

Naves presided over the March trial where attorney David Lane argued Churchill's claim that he'd been wrongfully discharged from CU in an act of retaliation for what he'd said in a post 9/11 essay, not how he taught. And, in fact, the the jury essentially agreed with Lane, but only awarded Churchill one dollar for his trouble.

Today, the chickens could really come home to roost.
