Monday, May 13:

Coohills, 1400 Wewatta Street, presents a five-course, paired-wine dinner this evening. The meal -- which begins at 6:30 p.m. -- will be accompanied by live music from the Colorado Opera; call 303-623-5700 for reservations.

TAG, 1441 Larimer Street, is featuring a special menu created by Food Network's Maneet Chauhan this evening. Tickets are $95 and include a signed copy of Chauhan's latest cookbook; call 303-996-9985 for details.

Wednesday, May 15:

The Greenbriar Inn, 8735 North Foothills Highway in Boulder, is hosting a six-course wine dinner tonight at 6 p.m. The dinner will feature wines from Oregon's Tyee winery and costs $65. Call the restaurant at 303-440-7979 to RSVP.

Chef Joe Troupe of Lucky Pie in LoDo will join chef Josh Stone of Lucky Pie in Louisville in a head-to-head in a cooking duel at 6:30 p.m. tonight. Both chefs will cook five courses, each of which will be paired with five beers from Elevation Beer Co. Thursday, May 16:

Strange Brewing, 1330 Zuni Street, is celebrating its third anniversary with a three-course beer dinner this evening. The meal is $49 and begins at 6:30 p.m.; call 720-985-2337 for more information.

The University of Denver is hosting its Vin Festival this week, and chef/restauranteur Frank Bonanno will make a guest appearance this evening. Bonanno and his team will prepare a five-course wine dinner and visit with guests throughout the night. Proceeds from the event, which costs $125, will fund scholarships to the school. Friday, May 17:

Trillium, 2134 Larimer Street, is kicking off its second Scandanavian dinner series this evening. Tonight's menu will be Norwegian-themed and includes wine, cocktail and beer pairings. Saturday, May 18:

The Vin Festival at the University of Denver continues today with a grand tasting event, featuring food from the student culinary team at the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management. There will also be wine pairings available and music courtesy of the students from DU's Lamont School of Music.

The Renegade Publik House, is throwing a grand opening party today from 2 p.m. to midnight -- and since the eatery and craft beer bar is owned by Renegade Brewing, it will also serve as a way to celebrate American Craft Beer Week. A $12 cover charge includes all-you-can-eat salads and pizzas and access to the 25 craft beers on tap, which include several Renegade beers. A portion of sales will be donated to the Colorado Brewers Guild.
