Battle of the Beast, Bird Edition, at Harman's Tonight

Last month Harman's family of restaurants brought together five talented chefs to participate in the kick-off of their Battle of the Beast, starting with Battle Pork at The Pullman in Glenwood Springs. But the battle was far from over and will continue today at Harman's Eat & Drink.

Battle Bird will take over Harman's where the same five chefs (Antonio Martinez from Phat Thai, Chris Randall from The Pullman, Josh Oakley from town, John Chad Little from Harman’s Eat & Drink, Mark Fischer, chef at large) will cook five dishes, each featuring poultry, five different ways, all paired with libations. Menu highlights include green curry chicken, marsala-braised duck legs, bird charcuterie, and more. Dinner is $52.80 per person, and reservations can be made by calling 303-388-7428.
