Beast + Bottle is saying hello to a Beatles-inspired menu tonight. The popular Uptown restaurant is serving up a fab four-course meal with dishes inspired by the band's music, including the Octopus Garden: cctopus confit, tonnato, pickled shallot and smoked potato. The meal is in honor of the fiftieth anniversary of the Beatles' decision to jump the pond and ignite Beatlemania here in the States. The band's first appearance on American television was on February 9, 1964 on the Ed Sullivan Show. At the time, it was the most-watched television program,with about 34 percent of Americans tuning in to watch the band perform "All My Loving" and other songs.
