The bubbles go deep and rise slowly, like a Guinness, and the frothy top is so thick, it can be molded into different shapes, like a bubble bath or whipped cream.
Also interesting is that the Bifrost - a word that refers to a mythological rainbow bridge made of fire, air and water, according the Seattle-based Elysian Brewing -- is simply an IPA, albeit, a creamy one that beautifully balances lightly bitter (Target) hops with gently sweet malt (pale, Munich and Crystal).
And even though it's an Elysian beer, Bifrost is brewed in Colorado by New Belgium.
