This week was a comeback week for several eateries around town. Leña and School House Kitchen & Libations both reopened on Tuesday after fires forced them to close earlier in the spring. That's good news for the employees who decided to stay on, as well as for customers. And an old favorite, Texas-based Kolache Factory, makers of sweet and savory stuffed buns, returned to the metro area after a three-year absence. In the craft-beer world, Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project reopens its Barrel Cellar to the public tomorrow (April 16) after closing the tap room in late 2013 to focus on its other bar inside the Source.

Gretchen Kurtz revisited Central Bistro & Bar, chatting with chef Jesse Vega about his new menu and his fondness for skate cheeks. And we brought you our list of the ten best dive bars in Denver to help you find the perfect bar stool where you can while away the hours over cheap drinks.
