Happy Cinco de Mayo! Celebrate by snagging some tickets to Tacolandia, a giant celebration of Mexican street-style tacos. We first introduced Tacolandia at DISH last September, and it was so successful that we're spinning off the concept into a new event that will be the taco the town!

Join us from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, for the new, improved Tacolandia, presented by Estrella Jalisco at Sports Authority Field. This food fiesta will feature all the tacos you can handle from more than forty of Denver's best taquerias and Mexican restaurants — including El Trompito Taqueria, Tacos Jalisco, Tortas a Toda Madre, La Loma Restaurant, Tamale Kitchen, Yareth’s on 54th, Bubba Chinos, Burrito Giant, El Taco de Mexico, Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant, Lola Mexican Fish House and Los Chingones, with more to be announced — along with Estrella Jalisco beer, spirits and lots of spicy entertainment, including cars as hot as those tacos.

Your $25 general admission ticket gets you unlimited tacos; a $60 VIP ticket adds early entry at 3 p.m., plus two Estrella Jalisco beers. You won't want to miss it! Readers can grab those tickets now in a special presale that runs until 11 p.m. on Friday, May 6. Go to westwordtacolandia.com, and use this promo code: hotsauce.

(Yes, DISH will return to Sculpture Park in September. And this year's event will be smokin', because our special focus will be barbecue!)
