KRUPS, the coffee- and espresso-machine maker, just launched the KRUPS Best Brew Awards 2015, the company's fifth annual competition to find the best coffee shops in select cities across the country — and for the first time, Denver is included on that list. Through September 29 (National Coffee Day), you can vote for your favorite local brews on the KRUPS Facebook page — as long as your local favorite is one of these five:

Black Eye Coffee, 3408 Navajo Street
Boxcar Coffee Roasters, 1825 Pearl Street
Aviano Coffee, 244 Detroit Street
Purple Door Coffee House, 2962 Welton Street
Novo Coffee, 3008 Larimer Street

KRUPS culled the list of nominees from last year's winners and other top picks — but you can also write in your own nominee. “We are looking forward to another year of friendly competition in the coffee community,” saya Michele Lupton, KRUPS marketing communications director.“The KRUPS Best Brew Awards is not only a fun way for coffee fans to show support for their favorite coffee shops across the nation; we’ve seen that the contest acts as a heat map, and fans truly highlight the best of America’s coffee shops through their participation.”

Help keep Denver on the map; find out more and vote on the KRUPS Facebook page.
