The short ribs show up on the menu as a weekly special at several Udi's locations and the pretzel pie is a regular favorite.
"We pride ourselves on serving healthy, fresh, delicious food," says Baron. "This dish is a perfect combination of healthy tabbouleh salad and our favorite home-cooked braised short ribs. The dessert is made by our artisan bakery and showcases the kind of delicious, artisan desserts we create there."
