I'm talking pure, unctuous food porn. The type that makes Food and Wine blush. It's on a site called Ideas in Food, and it's the brainchild of Aki Kamozawa and H. Alexander Talbot, a husband-and-wife duo on the East Coast who cater, teach and partake in general chefery. They've had their blog for about five years and offer some great food philosophy there -- but when they recently redid their website, they put up a section of pictures.
When I got back from the kitchen at 11 or so a few nights ago, all I wanted to do was sleep -- but after I clicked on their blog, there was no possible way I wasn't going to pore over every one of these shots.
Damn them.
