Last weekend, I went farm-hopping in Brighton, Greeley, Henderson and Broomfield, and while Bing cherries, Inferno peppers (good God, those suckers are hot), apples, peaches, purple plums and heirloom tomatoes are all fine for snacking on in between stops, I was hankering for a real breakfast, which I found at this off-the-beaten path Mexican joint on a side street in a strip mall.
