When we spoke to owner Telly Topakas, it was clear he's excited about featuring wines from various regions of Greece, some of them accompanying his traditional Greek menu items. Every third Thursday of the month this year, Axios will host a Greek Wine Dinner featuring a four-course menu paired with five wines from a highlighted region of Greece. Tonight at 7 p.m., the dinner will serve as an introduction to Greek wines. Next month, the dinner will feature wine from Naoussa and the North.

Tickets for either dinner are $59 and include wine pairings; for reservations, call 720-328-2225.
