Landry's cooks up a Signature Chef Series for spring, starting with Morton's

With its purchase of Morton's and McCormick's & Schmick, Landry's became one of the biggest restaurateurs in the metro area. And for the next several weeks, Landry's Signature Chef Series will be put a different chef in the spotlight each week, with a multi-course meal at 7 p.m. every Tuesday. First up? The series culminates in a dinner with all the local Landry's chefs in attendance at Simms Steakhouse on Tuesday, May 13. But before that, there will be special dinners every Tuesday at locations ranging from Chart House to Morton's, Willie G's, McCormick's, Simms and The Oceanaire. Here's the Morton's lineup for Tuesday, April 8:
