New Digs for Longtime Favorites: Restaurant Roll Call for June 2015

The restaurant scene did some shuffling in June, with Taste of Thailand moving from its longtime Englewood location to a new spot in Denver on South Broadway, Pho Duy moving one storefront north (into the short-lived Wonderbowl space), and Blue Pan Pizza bringing Detroit-style pies to West 32nd Avenue after the departure of Connecticut-style pizza joint Basil Doc's — which still has three other Denver locations to find it's thin-crust delights. 

But there were also spacious new digs for Fire on the fourth floor of the new Art Hotel and the Breckenrdige Brewery, which fired up production at its massive new Littleton campus and opened the door for tours and tastings. 

The Boulder Cafe poured its last drinks this month, ending a 24-year run on Pearl Street, where the building owners hope to bring in a more modern concept. Here's a complete list of this month's restaurant and bar openings and closings:
