Punch Bowl is not all fun and games, though; it focuses on business, too. In fact, founder Robert Thompson (Brasserie Rouge, Argyle, Le Grand) opened a second Punch Bowl in Portland three months ago. But now is the time to celebrate the Denver spot. "We knew PBS would be well-received by Denver when we opened," says Thompson, "but nothing prepared us for the level of business to come our way over the past year. This anniversary special is our way of saying thank you, Denver."
As thanks, from now through Sunday, November 17, you can enjoy bowling and ping pong, along with other games, for just $1 per hour. Happy anniversary.
Punch Bowl Social Food & Drink is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 am to 2 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Make reservations here.
