Bites of China offers the usual array of fast-casual Chinese-American dishes -- think egg foo young, Kung Pao chicken, egg rolls and wontons. But there are also a few house specials from the Xinjiang region -- like Ding Ding noodles and cumin lamb kebobs -- as well as less frequently seen dishes from other regions of China, including scallion oil noodles, Old Beijing minced pork and fish-flavored shredded pork.
