Pizzeria Locale (the upscale Boulder one, not Denver's fast-casual pizzeria) continues it's exploration of the Italian arts of flame and flour. Locale's resident pizzaiolo will expound on the craft and practice of the restaurant's Neapolitan style, as well as serve a four-course, "al forno" family-style meal for $45 a person. Cook with context as you explore Spanish tapas, traditional entrees and more, and end with a satisfying meal.
