Another brewery. I haven't had time to ignore the other fifty that have popped up in the last few weeks. Yawn.

I am not sure it is an over-saturation issue...yet. Local hangouts are always welcome and those that are better than others will survive. My concern is that most of the new breweries do not have great beer or even one great beer. I was hoping having more options would lead to better beer overall, but so far I have not seen that to be the case. I was really excited when a brewery opened near us that it would be a place to walk to and have a pint. I have been once (opened in late spring) because the beer is just not good enough. I actually prefer to go across the street from it and eat because the beers on tap are superior, in my opinion. I can name several new breweries that fall into the "not good enough" category, but I respect the business people trying to start something.Do you yawn when another craft-beer spot opens? Or do you do something more useful with your mouth -- say, down another craft beer from a local brewer? What's your favorite new brewery in town?
