While fingers and tongues keep wagging over all the recent action at Roam (read dozens of comments here), there are plenty of other fights around town.

For example, the current Street 16 menu matchup between Upper Larimer -- that hot-hot area stretching up from 20th Street in the Ballpark neighborhood -- and Tennyson Street, which has already rallied the troops to knock off Larimer Square.

Will it happen again? Says Jason:

This is looking pitiful already. The eateries in Tennyson are just awful. It's bad enough it toppled Larimer Square, but now you have places like Biker Jims and Marcos that are loved by the ENTIRE city regardless of where one lives and yet Upper Larimer is going to be handily defeated by a neighborhood whose best option isn't even mentioned (Hops and Pie). You Tennyson folks need to get out more. The voting should be based on quality, not neighborhood pride. Hire an effing baby-sitter. Even then I'm not sure I can forgive you from shuttering the superior BBQ joint (RIP Brickyard).

Hops & Pie? Or Biker Jim's? It's not too late to support your favorite neighborhood. See our Street 16 bracket here.Support your favorite eating neighborhood here.
