On Sunday, September 20, Westword will host DISH, its 21st annual celebration of the Denver dining and drinking scene. More than forty favorite restaurants of Westword food writers and readers will be sampling delectable dishes at DISH, including Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen.
Since it opened in Five Points last summer, Rosenberg's has been a big hit — and the dishes it will be sampling at DISH should be a hit, too. The Bagelini was created by owner Joshua Pollack and executive chef Nicky "The Fish" Bruno, and consists of a section of fresh-baked bagel with a dollop of creme fresh, rosette of in-house smoked Scottish salmon lox topped with a golden whitefish caviar, and a sprig of dill.
Rosenberg's will also be serving a mini-bagel — hand-rolled by Pollack — with your choice of cream cheese.
DISH 2015 runs from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, in Sculpture Park at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Tickets — which include unlimited samples of food and drink — are $50 for general admission; the $85 VIP ticket includes early admission at 11 a.m. Buy your DISH tickets here — and as a food fan, if you use the promo code "Denverdish," you can get a $25 GA ticket!
