As reported here in June, the Streets of SouthGlenn, the new retail, restaurant and residential living project sprouting in Centennial, will have a whole lot of eating places. And it looks like Saj Mediterranean Grill will be the first spot to fling open its doors -- although judging from the website, there are still a lot of jobs to fill there, including a GM position. If you're interested in applying, dress up in your summer finery and head there between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, when the restaurant is accepting walk-in interviews.

After Saj opens, it'll be closely followed by Home and The Oven, both from Phoenix chef/restaurateur Mark Tarbell, who already has one Oven burning in Belmar, at 7167 West Alaska Drive in Lakewood, and a second Belmar-based restaurant, Mark and Isabella, at 425 South Teller Street.
