Back in September, Satchel's Market, a five-year-old market-cum-restaurant in North Park Hill, served its last dinner and shuttered after it was unable to overcome problems with the lease of its space.

Owners Andrew Casalini and Jen Dactano wouldn't be gone for long, though. They were already planning on opening Satchel's on 6th, a wine and espresso bar with a small-plate food focus, at Sixth and Gilpin.

And though that project kicked into full gear after the original Satchel's closed, they've pushed back the opening, which was originally slated for November 1.

When the restaurant does open, it will feature java from Illy and a business-lunch menu focused on small plates and sandwiches. At night, the space will morph into a wine bar featuring more small plates and desserts.

According to the restaurant's Facebook page, that vision will now come to life in early 2011.
