The Farm House Restaurant Opens on the New Littleton Breckenridge Brewery Campus

When the Breckenridge Brewery announced three years ago that it would be building a massive campus on twelve acres in Littleton, complete with a new restaurant and taphouse, an opening date seemed a long way off. But while the brewery itself is still a few weeks away from an official opening, the Farm House Restaurant at Breckenridge Brewery opened quietly for dinner yesterday, and will now be open daily at 11 a.m. for lunch and dinner — and, of course, plenty of the brewery's ales on tap.

The spacious new restaurant, with lodge-style decor centered on a stone fireplace and a multi-tap bar, will eventually afford views of the completed campus — located on a bend in the South Platte River — that was originally the home of the Silver Sage tree and shrub nursery.

The menu features farm- and ranch-themed dishes with a list of sandwiches and salads focusing on grilled and smoked meats and garden produce, a few larger entrees, and a "pantry" list of deviled eggs, hand-cranked sausage, and meat and cheese boards.
