But celiac disease is part of our culinary lexicon now, and the Sunflower Farmers' Market at 8601 West Cross Drive in Littleton is all about gluten-free education.

Today from 1 to 2 p.m., the market is offering a Gluten-Free Store Tour, where you can learn about celiac disease and sample some of Sunflower's s gluten-free products. Sign up by calling 720-214-0410.
