Adam Hodak, the beverage director for Bonanno Concepts -- the restaurant group that includes Luca, Mizuna, Bones and the Vesper Lounge -- would like to help you get ready for your holiday party. Hodak is hosting a punch-making class at Bones from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, when he'll will go over recipes, ingredients and tools needed to make the perfect holiday punch. The class, which includes instruction, a light lunch, beverage and gratuity for $45 per person, is limited in size -- but Hodack is giving away one free seat to a Cafe Society reader. Hodak also oversees the beverage program at Green Russell and mixes a pretty mean cocktail himself, many of which are bartender's choice. Take a guess at how many bartender's choice cocktails were served at that bar in October: The number that comes closest to the correct answer without going over will win a seat in the punch class.
