Construction of Ace -- a new ping-pong hall, restaurant and bar that the Steuben's and Vesta Dipping Grill partners hope to open by the end of summer -- has been moving along steadily, thanks to Xan Creative, the design firm tasked with renovating the old Storz Garage space next door to Steuben's.

Xan has documented the progress on its website, which includes a cool video of a recycled pallet wall installation by Randy Rushton of Custom by Rushton.

According Xan's website, the interior theme of Ace will be "reclaimed, recycled, revealed." The firm plans to utilize old building materials in a "fresh way" -- as evidenced by this time-lapsed video (courtesy of http://www.xancreative.com/).
