Coincidentally, we've been getting a flood of e-mails from unemployed local chefs, servers and bartenders asking us to let them know if we hear of restaurant-related job opportunities. As it turns out, TAG is hiring a general manager, sous chef, bartender/cocktail artist, hostess, catering and events manager and service staff -- but the application process isn't as simple as submitting a resume: Each position also requires you to answer a series of questions, one of which asks you to name your favorite restaurant, and why. When I interviewed Guard for my weekly Chef and Tell chat, I asked him which Denver restaurant was his favorite. His answer? Wazee Supper Club.
