This city has more dough slingers than you can a toss a pizza peel at, but next Monday and Tuesday nights at Marco's Coal-Fired Pizzeria at the Vallagio at Inverness, and Marco's Coal-Fired Pizzeria Ballpark, two of the world's most prized pizzaioli are going to be on stage: Neapolitan pizza virtuosos Don Antonio Starita and Roberto Caporuscio -- masters of their pizza domains, rulers of the piehole universe -- will command the ovens, as part of a two-night Meet the Masters Dinner -- and we're giving away two seats to the blowout, which also includes lots of Italian vino and dough-making demos.

Strata, a fourth-generation owner of Pizzeria Stratita, the oldest pizzeria in Naples, and Caporuscio, who presides over Keste Pizza + Vino in New York City, which nabbed the Top Pizza in New York accolades from New York magazine in 2009, will fire up the embers at 6 p.m. -- and, according to Mark Dym, who owns Marco's, "between the two of them, it just doesn't get any better than this."

And with that declaration, here's how this little contest is going to work: In as few words as possible, tell us what your dream pizza is -- and why. We'll announce the winner this evening, before 6 p.m., and if you're the victor, then you can choose which night -- Monday or Tuesday -- you'd like to attend the Meet the Masters dinner. For the record, the Marco's at Vallagio at Inverness has a deep-fryer -- and the pizzas are phenomenal.

Be sure to leave a valid e-mail address, so we can contact you if you're the winner.

Ready, set, go!
