Frasca Food and Wine's Monday night dinners continue tonight, when proprietor and winemaker Samuel Guibert, of the winery Mas de Daumas Gassac, will be at Frasca to pour a white and discuss his family's wines. As always, Frasca co-owner Bobby Stuckey will be on hand to welcome the winemaker. Every month Ian Clark, founder of BRU Handbuilt Ales & Eats, showcases his passion for all things food and beer with a monthly beer dinner. This month's dinner will also showcase his love for Colorado: The meal will focus on Colorado game, and will feature dishes prepared with rabbit, bison and lamb paired with BRU's own brews. If you are looking for something a little stronger than beer, don't miss DSTILL. The four-day celebration of spirits officially kicked off Monday, but events run through the week. Today is your chance to meet producers of craft spirits, and learn the process of making whiskey, gin or rum. The second annual Apres Ski Cocktail Classic will be putting a little sauce on the slopes starting March 13 at Aspen Snowmass. This spirited mountain-top celebration brings together bartenders, brand ambassadors, mixologists, chefs and spirit aficionados for a four-day winter celebration. Events will include seminars, fire-side chats, the first Great Apres-ski pub crawl and, of course, parties. All-access, VIP passes cost $375; single tickets for each event range from $25 to $100. The 2014 Home and Lifestyle Show opens on March14, when the Grand Court of the Cherry Creek Shopping Center will be transformed into a luxury living kitchen, designed by William Oh. During the show, this will be the site of demonstrations by some of Denver's top chefs, as well as kids' cooking classes from Sticky Fingers. Best of all -- it's free.
