There was no shortage of good food in February. In fact, we discovered great eats from all over the world in the past month: koshari from Egypt, kuku paka chicken from East Africa, kho soi from Thailand and Shanghai-style lion's head meatballs. But we also filled up on Denver favorites like the city's own Mexican hamburger, Colorado-raised beef and housemade everything — bread, mustard, sausages and dry-cured meats among them.
