Avanti Food & Beverage, the creation of Patrick O'Niell and Rob Hahn, opens on Monday, July 13 in Lower Highland. Call it a food hall, a stand-alone food court, a food-truck rally minus the exhaust fumes, or a food-and-booze lover's heaven. With seven kitchens featuring the food of seven different chefs and two bars on two floors with stunning views of downtown, Avanti is nothing if not ambitious. The eateries inside include
