While we celebrated our independence on July 4, a select number of visitors to the Coffee Joint enjoyed a freedom most of us don't have: public cannabis consumption. Denver's first licensed pot lounge upped the ante on America's birthday by throwing an ice cream party, complete with medicated frozen treats, toppings and root beer floats.
