Harrell Gene Keeling Jr. Last weekend, Miguel Angel Chavez was found dead on the 1600 block of South Ouray Street; he had been shot and run over by a car. One of the women left the bar around 1 a.m. and got into a truck with two men. Another man followed them out and started shooting.
