Curt Sims will open Cantina today in the building he owns at 1109 Lincoln Street, most recently the home of the Hive. The restaurant hosted a soft opening last night and, despite some last-minute renovations to the space, promises to be open at 5 p.m.

The building at 1109 Lincoln Street has gone through many incarnations since its days as the Denver Buffalo Company: Cielo, the Donkey Den, Left on Lincoln, Sutra and, most recently, the Hive.
