Happy birthday, Viet's Restaurant.
The busy Vietnamese restaurant, located at 333 South Federal Boulevard in the Far East Center, replaced Thai Hiep Vietnam House a year ago. And to celebrate its first anniversary, the restaurant is offering free lobster or crab to parties of four or more.
Even though the sign hanging from the joint's facade says the offer is only good through today, a quick phone call confirmed the dates had changed, and diners could still take advantage of the free

Banh bao, a steamed rice dumpling, is like its Chinese cousin, the char siu bao. But instead of harboring BBQ pork, banh bao contains two types of pork mixed together: salty ground pork with green onions and sweet, greasy Chinese sausage.
