When they bought the site of The Real World: Denver series at 1920 Market Street (formerly B-52 Billiards), Shane Alexander and Josh Hawkinson had big plans for the ultra-swank nightclub and restaurant they planned to name Theörie.
But the reality of running a restaurant proved much rougher than life on The Real World, and at the end of October, the space was purchased by Paul Piciocchi, owner of Sutra (1109 Lincoln Street) and Tryst (1512 Larimer Street). According to Tobi Salario, Sutraâ€

As the site of the Real World: Denver, the space served up mostly melodrama.
