It's a sure sign that summer is here when Folk Dancing on the Plaza returns to the Boulder Municipal Plaza -- between Canyon Boulevard and Arapahoe Avenue, adjacent to the fittingly exotic Dushanbe Teahouse -- on Tuesday nights.
