A star-studded celebrity chef cast will return to the hills of Aspen for next year's FOOD & WINE Classic
Andrew Zimmern and José Andrés at last year's FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen.
As always, the celebrity chef lineup for the 2013 FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, which will take over Glitter Gulch June 14-16, is a gallery of big, bold culinary mugs: Mario Batali, José Andrés, Tom Colicchio, Marcus Samuelsson, Andrew Zimmern, Jacques and Claudine Pépin, Ming Tsai, Hugh Acheson, Andrew Zimmern, Tim Love and whomever wins Top Chef: Seattle (Go, Tyler Wiard!), are all slated to descend upon Aspen for what many deem the be-all and end-all of food and wine bashes in the nation.

Oenophiles and foodniks attending the 2013 Classic include can definitely expect to jostle for seats at these demonstrations, the roster of which will continue to grow:
- Mario Batali's Sicilian Summer Supper - Oysters 10 Ways with Jose Andres - Andrew Zimmern's Dim Sum at Home - DIY Sausage with Chris Cosentino - Porktastic Pours: Best Wines for Charcuterie with Josh Wesson - Cooking Demonstration with the winner of Top Chef: Seattle (Season 10)
Tickets to the always exhilarating three-day, high-altitude jubilee, which includes dozens of theatrical (and educational) culinary demos, discussions and wine seminars and food-and-wine tasting events under a billowy white tent otherwise known as the Grand Tasting Pavilion, are $1,150 before March 15, 2013 and $1,250 thereafter, and are available by calling 877-900-9463 or by visiting www.foodandwine.com/classic. It's a splurge weekend to be sure, but worth every cent, and FOOD & WINE donates two percent of the net proceeds from all FOOD & WINE Classic tickets sold to Grow for Good, benefiting Wholesome Wave Foundation.
