Angelo's will be offering raw East Coast oysters and char-grilled West Coast oysters in a couple of varieties: with butter, pecorino romano and herbs and spices; with bacon and gorgonzola; and with chipotle bourbon butter, made with Breckenridge Bourbon.
And after you sample these oysters at DISH, you can enjoy them at Angelo's, the Italian mainstay at 620 East Sixth Avenue that's gotten a major upgrade from new owners...who added these oysters.
