Today you can get your grub on at a new restaurant, or try an old favorite with a new twist. Either way, you're sure to enjoy some tasty fare with a side of bubbles or beer.

GoodBird Kitchen, The Post Brewing Company's fast-casual concept sibling, will open its doors to fried chicken and beer enthusiasts today, serving hot chicken, cold beer, pies and all the fixins'. GoodBird is located at 1258 South Hover Road in Longmont from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. For more information on the new chicken joint, check out the GoodBird page.

Rioja relaunches its popular Sips and Snacks series at 5 p.m. today. Every Tuesday through February 2, you can stop by this Larimer Square spot to enjoy four tastes of wine or spirits paired with four snacks — for just $15. Today the theme will be Global Bubbles, and the bar will be pouring champagne, cava, prosecco and more. For more information, call Rioja at 303-820-2282.
